Disney Cruise Line Reveals Dates for Favorite Character Sailings
When it comes to an immersive onboard experience, no cruise line does it better than Disney Cruise Line.
Now, fans of some of the company’s favorite Marvel and Pixar characters will be able to set sail with iconic heroes, villains, and fun friends on two different ships from two different US homeports in early 2026.
Marvel Day at Sea sailings will be aboard Disney Magic from Galveston, while Pixar Day at Sea sailings will be aboard Disney Fantasy from Port Canaveral.
Coming to Texas – Marvel Day at Sea
Guests who want a truly super vacation can try out the Marvel Day at Sea themed voyages aboard Disney Magic on select sailings in early 2026.
These cruises will depart from Galveston, Texas, giving travelers from the Lone Star State an amazing opportunity for superhero fun and epic at-sea battles between good and evil.
These super celebrations will include top Marvel characters, including Spider-Man, Captain America, Iron Man, Thor, Black Panther, and more, along with their arch enemies – keep an eye out for Loki and Black Widow to appear onboard!
Various heroes and villains will appear for special meet-and-greet photo ops, as well as spectacular entertainment.
The iconic “Marvel Heroes Unite” nighttime spectacular deck party will energize all fans onboard with thrilling stunts punctuated by pyrotechnics and other special effects in a battle that spans the multiverse.
The “Warriors of Wakanda” show offers guests the chance to train as recruits of the Dora Milaje, while the “Star-Spangled USO Show” is a tribute to Captain America and the vintage flair of the big band era.
Even younger cruisers will enjoy the fun at “Mickey & Minnie’s Super Hero Celebration” party with their favorite Disney friends dressed in full Marvel gear.
Special movie screenings, themed trivia, and Marvel-themed Animation Academy activities are all part of the Marvel-ous lineup for these special cruises.
While dates are subject to change, 2026 Marvel Day at Sea sailings include the following Disney Magic departures:
4-Night Western Caribbean Sailings: January 21, 25, and 29; February 2, 11, and 25
5-Night Western Caribbean Sailings: February 6, 15, and 20; March 1
The 4-night cruises will visit Progreso, Mexico, while the 5-night voyages will visit both Progreso and Cozumel. Along the way, guests will also enjoy all the other fun onboard the very first Disney cruise ship.
Sailing From Florida – Pixar Day at Sea
Are “Toy Story” “Monsters, Inc.” “Finding Nemo” and other Pixar flicks your favorite Disney movies? Setting sail aboard Disney Fantasy on select voyages will bring you right to Pixar Day at Sea with exclusive adventures and activities to enjoy.
Take in the sun with “Crush’s Totally Awesome Pool Party” with the Surface Squad for games and dancing, or get dressed in your most incredible Incredibles gear for “Edna Mode’s Style on Parade.”
All guests will love the high-energy and entertaining “Pixar Pals Celebration” deck party, where characters from “Up!”, “Coco” and other favorites all join in the dancing and fun.
A delicious variety of themed dining events will also be part of the Pixar-themed sailings, including cooking lessons with Remy, a hearty breakfast with characters from “Toy Story” and other tasty fun.

Disney Fantasy is sailing from Port Canaveral for these 5-night Bahamian cruises on the following 2026 departure dates:
January 18 and 23
February 1, 6, 15, and 20
March 1 and 6
Depending on the departure date, each of the Pixar Day at Sea sailings will be visiting two out of the cruise line’s three ports of call in the Bahamas: Lookout Cay at Lighthouse Point, Castaway Cay, or Nassau, the capital city of the Bahamas.
