Princess Cruise Ship to Sail 129-Day Voyage from Florida

Princess Cruises has just joined a growing list of cruise lines offering world cruises in 2027.

The newly announced 129-night cruise will call on 55 ports across 20 countries, giving passengers the opportunity to experience the Americas, Asia, and Australia.

This itinerary will be taking place aboard the 2,000-passenger Coral Princess, which will be a 25-year-old ship by the time it sets sail for this over four-month-long adventure.

“Our upcoming 2027 World Cruise Grand Circle Pacific Voyage is a once-in-a-lifetime journey connecting travelers to the world’s most breathtaking destinations with the signature warmth and elegance only Princess can provide,” said Terry Thornton, Princess Cruises’ Chief Commercial Officer.

The 91,627 gross ton Coral Princess will depart from Fort Lauderdale on January 6, making a quick stop in Colombia before heading through the Panama Canal.

Then, there will be stops in Panama, Costa Rica, and several in Mexico before the ship arrives in Los Angeles on January 21. Following that, the vessel will head to Hawaii, making stops in Hilo, Kahului, Honolulu, and Kauai.

Honolulu will be the first of nine late-night stays throughout the voyage, giving passengers more time to explore the island’s natural beauty.

The ship will then head to the land down under, but not before making several stops in Western Samoa, Fiji, Vanuatu, and Papua New Guinea first.

Cairns will be the first destination Coral Princess calls on in Australia, which will be another late-night stay. The other late nights will be happening in Sydney, Osaka, Singapore, Suva, Tokyo, and Anchorage — with an additional overnight stay in Hong Kong.

Following the first four stops in Australia, the ship will be heading briefly to New Zealand, after which it will return to Australia to visit five destinations, including cruising the scenic Kimberley Coast.

After that, the vessel then heads to Asia for nearly a month, where it will visit Indonesia, Singapore, Thailand, Malaysia, Vietnam, and finally, Japan.

Then, the Coral Princess will head back over the international dateline for the second time during this voyage on its way to Alaska, where it will be calling on some of the most scenic ports while cruising through fjords and glaciers.

The final stop will be made on May 11 in Vancouver before disembarking on May 15 in Los Angeles. This voyage might seem a bit daunting for some since it is so long, but the good news is that there are several segments available.

Options to Segment & Included Amenities

Bookings have just opened, and interested cruisers will have three different segments to choose from.

As mentioned above, the full itinerary and first segment is 129 nights and departs from Fort Lauderdale on January 6, 2027. This option is one-way and will disembark in Los Angeles on May 15.

The second segment is a round-trip voyage out of Los Angeles, which departs on January 21 and will be 114 nights in total, ending on May 15 alongside the 129-night cruise.
